Who We Are
Toni
Living and breathing the food and beverage industry for over 25 years has cultivated my hospitality heart, but it was sharing my love for storytelling through the lens of food and beverage in the Willamette Valley that I found my true passion.
When excellent wine, food, and storytelling combine, magic enters the scene and no one is left feeling the same as when they arrived.
I’m here to facilitate the magic — let our story begin!
Randal
Many of my earliest memories involved watching my grandma bake bread for the church and serve up a huge pan of incredible fried chicken every Sunday. Years later, I saw my mom cooking for and hosting all kinds of parties from our home in Boise. I am also fortunate enough to be influenced by incredible Hawaiian recipes from my Godparents on Oahu and a dash of German cuisine from my parents’ time overseas.
I can’t wait to create for you.
What We Do
When we met (Randal the chef, Toni the cocktail server), we found our perfect match both in life and in culinary travel dreams. We never take a vacation without knowing where to eat before arriving!
When the pandemic hit the world, it stopped our travel in its tracks and provided motivation to find a way to bring the world’s flavors to our friends and clients in their homes. Through the Drinking Glass was born!
We now grow some of the produce we serve in our very own garden and let our daughter, Marlee, help in the harvest! Sharing the flavors of the world and the hospitality everyone deserves is now our joint passion. We can’t wait to show you!
