your FAQ

answered:

  • We bring all serving utensils and platters, but request that you have enough plates, and glasses for the number of guests you are expecting. We will discuss the necessary items during final menu consultation.

  • We do! However, vegan meals are not our specialty. We are able to make many other accommodations, just ask during the consult.

  • If we are serving in-house, we can accept parties no larger than 15. We are a two-person team and want the service to be excellent. If you would like us to drop off food with re-heating instructions, we can make meals for up to 20 guests.

  • We love to work with our hosts to get exactly what you’re looking for. We work best with ideas, collaboration, and trust. This is what we love to do, so we welcome ideas, but thrive when we present new and exciting menus.

  • All menus are created specifically for the event and are even printed with individual guests’ names — we can color coordinate!

  • We require a 50% deposit to secure the requested date and the final payment is due the day of service.

  • Gratuity is not included nor is it expected, but if you feel we did an exceptional job, it is always appreciated.

  • We work with several farms and local businesses in the Willamette Valley. We love fresh produce from Even Pull and Bernard’s Farms, beef and chicken from Eola Crest Cattle, seafood from NW Fresh Seafood, and sometimes source from our own garden!

  • We have built beautiful relationships with winemakers throughout the valley and would love to make more — let us know who you have in mind and we’ll reach out to them!

  • Believe it, babe ;)
