  • Nope. Whether it’s your first time abroad or your passport is well-worn, we’ll support you in feeling grounded and prepared. We’ll also connect you with a travel advisor if you want help booking flights or planning an extended stay.

  • We’ve intentionally created a rhythm that honors both group connection and spacious personal time. There are daily grounding practices and a gentle “spiritual scavenger hunt” to guide your solo explorations—but plenty of flexibility to rest, wander, and follow what inspires you.

  • Yes—with intention. While alcohol isn’t the focus of this retreat, it may be included in meaningful ways—such as an optional winery visit or curated beverage pairings during certain meals. These experiences are designed to enhance connection with the culture, not to distract from it.

    Guests are welcome to purchase alcohol during their travels, but we ask that any personal alcohol not be consumed at the group lodging. If alcohol is served at the house, it will be part of an intentional experience curated for the group.

    We trust that anyone choosing to drink will do so with awareness and respect for the space and one another. That said, excessive drinking or intoxication is not aligned with the spirit of this retreat and will not be tolerated.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate most dietary needs—please let us know during registration so we can plan accordingly. Portugal is a food-loving culture with plenty of fresh, whole, seasonal ingredients, and we’ll help ensure you’re nourished.

  • Rooms are booked as private unless otherwise arranged. If you'd like to attend with a partner or friend and share a room, we can accommodate this during booking.

  • Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and leave with new lifelong connections. This retreat is intentionally designed to feel intimate, inclusive, and safe for solo travelers.

  • A deposit of $777 holds your space. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat. Early bird pricing is available through June 2025.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Should you need to cancel your reservation, here’s what you need to know:

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Your $777 deposit holds your space and allows us to plan this experience with intention and care.

  • Cancellations made before 60 days of the retreat start date will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable, as all reservations and expenses will have been confirmed and paid for on your behalf.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend (pending approval).

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including illness, flight cancellations, or global disruptions.
